STABBED IN THE NAME OF LOVE.

Police spokesperson Shimi Tsheole has confirmed that a 43-year-old woman facing murder charges appeared at the Garankuwa magistrate court, on the 20th of September 2021. This is after a 46-year-old man was allegedly stabbed to death by a woman believed to be his partner at Garankuwa, Tsunami Ext 24, The incident took place on Saturday, the 18 of September 2021.

Tsheole said “A body of a deceased black male was identified. It is alleged that the deceased and the suspect were involved in a squabble which led  to the woman stabbing the deceased with a knife. The perpetrator appeared in court on, the 20th of September 2021” Tsheole said that the perpetrator indeed appeared in court, and he will further comment after confirming the courts final decision about the case.

A confidential source said “The couple were people with problems, and they used to fight a lot. In the day of the incident, they were from Mabopane and still things were a bit tense between them. Around 11pm we heard noise and the man was screaming inside, the suspect was already allegedly stabbing the guy inside the house. The man ran out of the house to the streets and the lady followed him where he allegedly stabbed him again  which led to the guy’s death.”

“It was on Saturday around 10 to 11 pm, my friends and I were passing by the street, we then started hearing noise coming from Thabo’s house, we continued with our journey but still wondering what the fight could have been about. When we were about to exit the same street, we heard him screaming for help. We didn’t go there immediately because we were afraid, however after few minutes we went there, and we found him already dead” one of the neighbours said. #ladi_jaja?
