OPEN MIC SESSIONS TO PROMOTE LOCAL TALENT.
Boston Mpogeng (27) from Pretoria, Soshanguve is well known by his stage name “Mr. Empire”. He has recently created a pilot season at Triple M joint pub to gather all the local artists in one room to experience the muso state. The season was a success many artists attended the session while some performed their crafts.
Furthermore he said “he is preparing for hosting an aesthetic musical show titled BE Open Mic Session. “Definitely I intend to host Be Open Mic session as Gospel Difela Tsa Sione Season. it will resume next spring season on the 2nd of September. The show will be broadcasted on some local TV channels by the year 2022”, he said.
Boston is a Soulful House, Afro-pop and gospel singer, and entrepreneur. He started his performing career in 2018 when he established an imprint fashion company named Boston Empire. Eventually released his first soulful house dual extended play titled inspiration.
He then went on to release two singles better days and Indigo. Under Raymond Distribution Inc., using the name Boston, and he was awarded as the best producer at Soshanguve by the SMAwards. #ladi_jaja?
