Samuel Akinbodunse Foundation -SAF- a charitable arm of Prophet Samuel Akinbodunse ministry is a  community based non-profit organization located in Zandfontein, Pretoria West, South Africa. The organization was founded by Prophet Samuel O Akinbodunse in 2012.

Since the inception of SAF, it has contributed positively to the upliftment of the poor and vulnerable communities in the City of Tshwane. Beneficiaries have included unemployed youth, children, women, elderly citizens, and homeless people who continue to live in the most extreme conditions.

Many people have benefited from the programs initiated by the organization namely, the ‘SAF Scholarship program where some youths have received financial support for their primary, secondary, and tertiary education. This program runs yearly to ensure that the learners and students are placed in schools.

The foundation facilitates the empowerment programs for youth and women by of providing them with access to training and funding so that they can be able to establish small businesses in the different economic sectors i.e., fashion design; hair saloons; catering business; small scale farming etc.

‘Save A Soul’ continues to be the crisis management program through which food support, clothing, shelter, and other essentials are provided to the community in need. The organization through its members works hand in hand with the local authorities in implementing disaster initiatives in our area.

Financial and material support to SAF programs is made possible by local business  people and individuals who are ploughing back to their communities. As such the organization always explores other avenues to secure the funding required for the further development and sustainability of its projects.
