DJ PENCIL FAMILY REQUEST A DIGNIFIED SEND OFF.

Mourners will gather to honour the life of a Barcadi star,  Samuel Moripe  popularly known as Dj Pencil at the memorial and funeral service after his family shared the dates by circulating a poster on different social media platforms. The ‘Serope Kontle’ hit maker passed away Friday, at Kalafong hospital after battling Leukemia since 2015.

The memorial service will be held on Thursday,  March 16 at Mbolekwa hall in Atteridgeville from 14h00, flower drop offs are welcomed. The funeral will be on Saturday, at Mbolekwa hall from 07h30 then move to the burial side in Lotus Garden cemetery.

The family spokesperson, Maano Nephawe, said there is no theme for both occasions but people should dress themselves in a respectable manner to send off Dj Pencil in a dignified way. “We appreciate the support in such a difficult time and the support must not end with our family but people should continuously be supportive to other families in such times.” He concluded.
