CONFESSIONS OF A BROKEN MAN.

Born and bred in Soshanguve Leroy Lesego Tau realized his passion for leadership and public speaking at a young age. Growing up as a God fearing individual with values of christianity and under the wing of a church he was groomed into a lad with integrity while still young. As he grew older his love for expressing himself and helping others discover themselves took shape and the well-grounded gentleman he is today came to be. Today Leroy Tau prides himself as a respectable and ground-breaking motivational speaker, writer and MC.

“I am an ordinary individual who finds joy in doing extra ordinary things and changing the status quo, while celebrating each day as it comes. Most importantly I am a father, brother, uncle and a son”- said Leroy.

Leroy is inspired by the gesture of empowering the general public through his work and that challenges him to keep transitioning into a greater version of himself. Having shared the stage with respected and high profile individuals, he says that the feeling he gets every time he walks into a theater to speak and finding it jam packed is the greatest feeling by far he has experienced up to this day. “I am still overwhelmed by the love I receive every time I attend an event or host one and people come out in numbers to support”- said Leroy.

Having independently sold over 4000 copies of his latest offering and forth book CONFESSIONS OF A BROKEN MAN, Leroy will be hosting an event on the 30th November 2019 dubbed CONFESSIONS OF A BROKEN MAN REAL TALK. The event will feature keynote public figures and speakers on the day, the likes of Brian Temba, Sello Maake Ka Ncube, Malusi Gigaba, Keke and Grace Phoofolo and Themba Skeemop Lukhele. He says the event was inspired by the book and the need to create a platform that shares sentiments that help breakdown misconceptions and dilemmas faced by both men and women in their daily livelihoods.

“During the event the book CONFESSIONS OF A BROKEN MAN will come to life as I have a dialogue with distinguished guests on the day about challenges they face in their everyday lives and how they deal with them. I chose this guest speakers intentionally as much as they are public figures, they have had their fair share of challenges they had to overcome in both their careers and personal lives” – Leroy.

Leroy says the purpose of the event he will be hosting at Levels PTA on the 30th November 2019 is to teach or tell a man’s side of the story through voices of man from all walks of life and try consolidating social cohesion. “This is an opportunity for both men and women to come experience and hear what man deal with regularly, how they feel and how they tackle their own dilemmas head on”, said Leroy.
