CITY OF TSHWANE CLOSURE OF NON ESSENTIAL SERVICES.

The City of Tshwane municipality has issued a public notice to residents of Pretoria about the temporary closure of non-essential services during the festive season from 24 December 2020 at 12:00 to 4 January 2021 at 07:30.

All walk-in customer care centres will be closed. Billing and meter reading enquiries will not be attended to. Meter readings will not be captured. The call centre services will remain open to assist with the reporting the following matters, Power failures, Street lights, Water leaks, Matters related to roads and storm water, Potholes, Traffic signals, Water and sanitation.

Household waste collection that is scheduled for collection on Friday, 25 December 2020, will be collected on Saturday, 26 December 2020. The City’s landfills and garden waste sites will be fully operational during the festive season, except on 25 December 2020.

The Tshwane Metro Police Department and the Emergency Services Department are on full alert this festive season and will operate 24 hours a day to assist residents. #ladi_jaja?
