Earlier this month, the Binang CP Foundation observed Cerebral Palsy Awareness Day. Cerebral Palsy is a brain disorder caused by a lack of oxygen in the womb. Binang CP Foundation was founded by Lebogang Moloi. She said that they intended to raise awareness by celebrating National CP Day.
People should be aware, according to Moloi, that people with Cerebral Palsy require emotional and physical assistance. They walked from Jubilee hospital to Jubilee mall, she said.
The purpose of the walk was to allow passengers and taxi drivers to see what they werr up to.
She told told the Hamitown Journal newspaper with cerebral palsy, according to Moloi, are inconvenienced by public transportation since some taxi drivers are rude to them. Lebogang Moloi’s 4-year-old daughter also has Cerebral Palsy, according to the mom. She noted that education is one of the challenges she faces.
The foundation believes that a highly thorough and integrated therapeutic approach is required for patients who actually benefit from therapy. They know a variety of therapies in order to improve and promote neurological healing and repair to the maximum extent possible.
Spreading awareness of Cerebral Palsy helps to tear down obstacles, enhance research, and, perhaps most importantly, construct a better world for children with CP. Cerebral Palsy awareness is more than just knowing about it or emphasizing a connection with a child or person who has it.
