#Habashwe let’s do this campaigned seems to have sunk in on the Boks as they seem to be getting better with every match. Scotland was their next victim this past weekend, 3 tries from Habana, Burger and JP Prietersen who’s starting to score almost every match secured them a 34-16 win, which put them on top Group B. Their last group match will be against USA on Wednesday(06-10-2015).

during the 2015 Rugby World Cup Pool B match between South Africa and Scotland at St James' Park on October 3, 2015 in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom.

Hiyo le! Hiyo le iBhakabhaka!*singing the Orlando Pirates theme song* after making history in Cairo  and hoisting the S.A flag high this song might as well be this week’s theme song. Pirates went to Cairo with a slim 1-0 lead, and knowing how Ahly and Zamalek perform in Egypt, no one really gave them a chance. Pirates came from 2-0 to secure a 4-3(5-3 on aggregate) win in Cairo in front of a hostile crowd, which later turned violent which led to Bucs using back doors for security reasons. Anyway the boys are back in the country and looking forward the final against Tunisian Etoile du Sahel.

After previous defeats against the Lions and Western Province, the Bulls seems to have made a vow that “never and never again” shall they lose another match. Coming from a scrappy win against the Sharks, they convincingly beat the Kings 48-27. If they continue winning and hope that the Lions ba latlhe sight(slip up) they might take the number one spot again.

#ProteaFire seems too hot for Indian fans, and here I was thinking they like hot things. I guess the second T20 match against the Proteas was hotter than what they’re used to, which led to them throwing things in the stadium and causing a slight halt to the match despite defeat staring them in the eye. The Indian team was unable to handle the excellent bowling and fielding of the Proteas, which led to them only making 92 runs. Once again Duminy drove us to the finish line, Albie Morkel also announced his comeback with a man of the match performance.

The Telkom Knockout Cup fixtures got off last week, with Matsatsantsa and Polokwane City match being the curtain raiser the defending champs Matsatsantsa won by 2-1. Nothing seems to be working for Jomo as his Cosmos side lost 2-1 to Maritzburg, Wits lost 1-0 to Free State Stars, PSL returnees Arrows won 1-0 against MTN8 champions Ajax, bafana ba Pitso(Pitso’s boys) Sundowns won 2-0 against Chippa United,    Chiefs TKO’d Platinum Stars 3-0 while the two party poopers Celtics and Aces were unable to score, Aces won 3-2 on penalties. The draw for the last 8 was held on Monday(05-10-2015) despite the Pirates/TUKS match still pending, the match will be played next Friday(16-10-2015).

What to look forward to…
