PRETORIA VIBE

Well what can one say about our beautiful city of Tshwane … “it’s white” says Trevor Noah …

The diverse mixture of all racial groups with their different cultures makes our city one that brings out the hype which none of the other surrounding cities has. Some turn to say Pretoria is “thee hustlers paradise”, but is it really? The vibe here intrigues the mind and develops creative juices and ideas which turn to opportunities which turn out to be success, at times …

Since we have so many hustlers who keep their hustle organised, we reap a “cool vibe” from them. Music is another feature that creates a vibe around here hence we get so many performers all over town who hustle their way up from the streets to Europa to Moloko, I’m sure you get where this is going.

Obviously we can’t all experience the vibe since we’re not all originally from Pretoria. Being a cosmopolitan city we have inhabitants from Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Swaziland the list goes on and on and we all come with our tendencies from our native grounds … but when you get here “unga-zoba serious!”(Don’t be serious).

It’s all about how far you’re willing to climb to experience the vibe most of us feel.

People come to Pretoria from their various cocoons in hope of making it or experiencing the vast thrill of living in the City of Tshwane that alone should show we have an ambiance like no other.

For those who have come to know and embrace this great city to eventually call it home will tell you that there’s nothing like the Pretoria vibe to get you hooked.

So the best you can do when you find yourself in this metropolitan capital is to just ride the wave and o tlaba stele, so until we meet again keep the candle burning.
